JEWELRY CARE:
1. To maintain the luster of your jewelry, place it in resealable poly bags/ air-tight container to prevent it from oxidation. Store in a zip lock cover and then in an airtight plastic box, this prevents silver from oxidizing. Pure silver jewelry has a tendency to oxidize especially when it’s worn regularly.

2.. Avoid direct contact with moisture/perfumes. Put on the piece after wearing makeup, Hairspray and perfume. Let it dry or wipe the piece with a cotton cloth, to make sure it doesn't remain wet or sweaty, before storing it back. In that case use plain 100% cotton cloth OR white color Polishing cloth. After removing the jewelry, a gentle wipe before storing is recommended.

3. Jewelry like guttapusalu or any jewelry overloaded with pearls / stone jewelries need to be handled with utmost care and caution.

We need proof of video while the package is opened for considering any case of missing or damaged products ; NO EXCEPTIONS PLS..
We can not accept any returns, if video at the time of package opening is not provided by the client. Videos after opening the package will NOT be accepted.
